PREMIER 2.0 LINE LEVEL & MM PHONO STAGE AUDION

The Premier line Phono Plus (2.0) pre-amp is an incredibly quiet active class A buffered line stage and active Class A MM Phono stage. The Premier line/Phono Plus pre-amplifier uses a classic Alps Blue Velvet volume pot and combined with superior input switching for the MM phono stage and 4 line level inputs via the front mounted toggle switches, as shown in the pictures.As with all our pre-amps they feature a transformer less  pure class “A” design direct cathode coupled with no input, inter stage or output wound components making this pre-amp extremely fast and capable of handling the most intricate and detailed passages of music that can be shown them. The 2.0 line / MM phono pre-amp uses 4 NOS Russian 6H23N as standard, (features exactly the same MM phono stage as our stand alone version. It has a ground lift switch at the rear to assist in resolving grounding issues by floating the ground internally above mains ground. Fitted with Alps Blue Velvet pots, high quality European sourced components and built on a quality substrate pcb (printed circuit board).

By placing the power supply in a separate box, and separating the ac and dc elements of the power supply within the outboard supply makes the pre-amp quieter and sonically better. The pre-amp is fed from an umbilical cord.
