What is extremely rare these days is that no thought was given to cost or technological/production simplification during its development and manufacture.

Nottingham Analogue's aim was to create the best turntable ever - and it seems to have succeeded.  With meticulous attention to detail, every aspect of the Deco design has been thought through from a sonic perspective. The Deco's tapered side-edge dodge platter has an exceptional ability to minimise internal resonances. The turntable is fitted with 2 arm stands as standard, allowing one or two arms to be used simultaneously. This makes it easy to fit two different cartridges and simplifies the turntable setup. Every design detail shows that nothing has been thought out or left to chance. Even the oil for the Deco bearing was developed to meet only its requirements! The materials, the machining of each surface and part, the interaction of the individual components, the masses and the shapes have been carefully selected to completely prevent any resonance. The unique shape of the platter, which is not random, shows how much effort was put into the construction of this turntable. A very unusual solution is the use of two types of suspension at the same time - Deco is probably the only turntable in the world that has both a rigid and a floating suspension. The suspension can be adjusted to suit the user.

Weighing in at over 60kg, the Deco is Nottingham Analogue's pinnacle of turntable engineering. It is also the last and most technologically advanced design by the company's sadly deceased founder, Tom Fletcher. All budgetary constraints have been removed, resulting in an uncompromising product of extraordinary quality and sound.
