Product Description
The updated Spacedeck model features, above all, a better quality platter bearing with a larger diameter.
The drive motor is mounted in a separate, height-adjustable isolated base. An anti-vibration base is also included.
The Ace Spacedeck, offers considerable scope for expansion and development as we gain analogue knowledge and experience. If we decide to take our analogue system to the next level, this Nottingham Analogue model gives us the option of using various arms, both from the company's range and from other specialist companies.
Optionally, we can install a second tonearm on the left side, a wave power supply and a heavy kit (a heavy graphite platter cap and a kit to raise the base of the tonearm).
The platter is gravity cast from iron with very high inertia. Additional damping of the platter resonances by special rubber rings.
Our basic recommended starting kit for the Ace Spacedeck is a turntable with an Ace Space Tonearm (10")
Nottingham Analogue 10 inch tonearm. A more elaborate version of the basic tonearm (it has a vertical screw for easy adjustment of the tonearm height). Unipivot-block suspension design. Carbon fibre beam. Mounting distance - 222mm.
